Eng. Tamer Kotim graduated from the Faculty of Engineering at Zagazig University in 1996. He possesses a long and distinguished track record as a professional project manager, having spent 11 years managing infrastructure projects at The Arab Contractors Company, and 14 years as an infrastructure project manager in the State of Qatar. During his time in Qatar, he successfully executed numerous major infrastructure projects affiliated with the Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation (KAHRAMAA). He then transferred this extensive expertise to the real estate development sector in the Arab Republic of Egypt as the Founder and Chairman of Power Developments.
